"MY NAME IS I AM."

I was regretting the past
And fearing the future...
Suddenly my Lord was speaking:
"MY NAME IS I AM." He paused.
I waited. He continued,

"WHEN YOU LIVE IN THE PAST,
WITH ITS MISTAKES AND REGRETS,
IT IS HARD, I AM NOT THERE.
MY NAME IS NOT I WAS.

"WHEN YOU LIVE IN THE FUTURE,
WITH ITS PROBLEMS AND FEARS,
IT IS HARD. I AM NOT THERE.
MY NAME IS NOT I WILL BE.

"WHEN YOU LIVE IN THIS MOMENT,
IT IS NOT HARD.
I AM HERE.
MY NAME IS I AM."

Bino,
This is excellent! Indeed, Papa Jesus Holy Spirit is right here, in the present, in the now!

A good reminder to me and to us all!

Blessings,
~Amy :)

Yes indeed Amy! Jesus encouraged us to live one day at a time. He said "Do not be anxious about tomorrow"
(Matthew 6:25-34)

Bino,

Isn't it amazing how there is a perfection that wants to define Whose we R!
Not a human perfection, but this kind...God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God and God lives in us. This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home and mature in us, so that we're free of worry on Judgment Day—our standing in the world is identical with Christ's. There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life—fear of death, fear of judgment—is one not yet fully formed in love.

Perfect love banishing fear's death grip on us, freeing us to receive His embrace, and launching us into the now living of life!
